Dearest students,my faculty and staff members,

My facilitations to all of you on this auspicious occasion of our Independence Day.

While we celebrate our independence and freedom let us make sure that these celebrations are meaningful. Let us make our aim and objectives meaningful. Let us make our subsequent actions meaningful. Let us make our lives meaningful.

This can only be possible when we all think globally. The world has become small, complex and conflictive. We need to place Pakistan on the world map in such a way that her image is positive.
When our great leader Quaid-e-Azam talked about education, he emphasized in character building also. He stated:

“EDUCATION DOESNOT MERELY MEAN ACADEMIC EDUCATION AND EVEN THAT OF A VERY POOR TYPE. WHAT WE HAVE TO DO IS MOBILIZE OUR PEOPLE AND BUILD UP THE CHARACTER OF OUR FUTURE GENERATIONS.”

My dear students conform to discipline so that you live your life where you strive to be honest-just and righteous.

Remember freedom and your own homeland is a gift. Let us not squander it.
