Hiking

The activity that tests the physical endurance of scouts is hiking. Hiking takes place every two years. The scouts walk in lines figuring out the correct route with clues given and completing the tasks provided.

The last hike was held in September 2003. The scouts came in full scouts uniform. The hike started from the Quaid-e-Azam's mausoleum. After giving praise to our great founder, the scouts started their hike on the route given with different tasks to be accomplished. The scouts also visited different museums on the way benefiting from the fascinating artifacts and antiques of our history.
The scouts traveled through to Tariq Road, Shahra-e-Faisal, having lunch at Frere Hall garden and then back to school; thus covering a total distance of 12 kms.

This activity teaches the young scouts road discipline, stamina, and familiarizing one's self with different places in our city.
