The
most entertaining activity involving the general public is
the Mela. The previous ones took place in '91, '96 and 2000
respectively. This activity teaches the skills of publicity,
public dealing, and management that are required for future
professional life.
The school grounds are surrounded by stalls of all types with
banners of sponsors. This activity attracts thousands of people
who come to enjoy the delicious foods and games. There is
also a musical night at the end of the mela. This activity
is considered as a major fund raiser for the scouting year.
