For the first time in BVS a separate Sports Day was organized for the Primary Students on Saturday 28th January, 2006 at the KPI Grounds. 460 boys participated in 44 tracks events. 168 boys from grade III, IV, & V took part in a colourful P.E. Display. All the events went smoothly with boys displaying discipline and sportsmen spirit. The GULBANO S. PATEL PRIMARY SPORTS CHAMPIONSHIP TROPHY went to QUAID-E-AZAM HOUSE which bagged 103 points followed by LANCELOT HOUSE with 93 points, SOPARIVALA HOUSE with 78 points and REZASHAH HOUSE with 71 points.

Mrs. Roshan Muncherji, Headmistress KARACHI GRAMMAR SCHOOL gave away the prizes. As the Chief Guest she stated:

“It was an honour and a pleasure to be invited to the Annual Primary Sports 2006.
The organisation was meticulous with events run with clock like precision. The children’s participation was enthusiastic and revealed the time and effort that had gone into their training.

A most enjoyable morning, for which I thank you.”
